Job summary

Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP is seeking a Talent Systems Administrator to manage Workday and related HRIS systems, ensuring security, data integrity, and optimal performance. The role emphasizes system configuration, module design, and ongoing maintenance across HR functions.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Attorney Development teams, handling deployments, reporting, and end-user training while overseeing integrations and system updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues.
• Minimum of 2 years implementing and/or maintaining Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
• Minimum of 2 years configuring Security and EIB, RaaS, and CCB Integrations.
• Workday design, structure, and processes knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Workday and other information systems for peak performance and security.
• Oversee data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency.
• Design, test, and implement new modules, features, and integrations.
• Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations (e.g., EIB, RaaS, CCB).
• Provide user training and best practices on system functionality.
• Lead system-related projects and improvements.
