As Senior Workday Analyst, you'll drive the optimization and evolution of Workday across a global, multi-module enterprise system serving thousands of A&M employees and contractors worldwide. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strategic influence—you'll lead the design and deployment of new functionality, mentor junior analysts, champion best practices, and partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Recruiting to shape how the organization manages talent, compensation, and time.

Thesalaryrange is $120,000- $140,000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based ona number offactors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
