Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to drive optimization across HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Benefits. You will design and deploy new Workday functionality, mentor junior analysts, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Recruiting to shape talent, time, and compensation management.
You will lead requirements gathering, coordinate deployments, and ensure adoption while maintaining system stability across a large, global Workday environment.

As Senior Workday Analyst, you'll drive the optimization and evolution of Workday across a global, multi-module enterprise system serving thousands of A&M employees and contractors worldwide. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic influence—you'll lead the design and deployment of new functionality, mentor junior analysts, champion best practices, and partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Recruiting to shape how the organization manages talent, compensation, and time.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part-time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. Thesalaryrange is $120,000- $140,000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
