Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Solutions Architect – Workday to design, configure, and deliver enterprise Workday solutions that power HR technology across the organization. This senior role partners with the PLAN team and business stakeholders to evaluate requests, assess feasibility, and define scalable options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology.
• 7+ years in information technology with progressive responsibilities.
• 5+ years in design and development of processing, reporting, analytics, and applications.
• Deep knowledge of multiple architectures and integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and healthcare data linkages.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate requests and determine feasibility and level of effort.
• Gather requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead design across Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking.
• Translate business needs into configurations, reports, and integrations.
• Provide timelines, dependencies, and production support considerations.
• Mentor analysts and administrators supporting Workday initiatives.
• Support biannual Workday releases and new features.
• Design governance and maintain configuration standards.
