Howard University is seeking a Senior Workday Security Administrator to secure and optimize Workday environments, including Extend and AI-driven configurations. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to translate complex business needs into reliable, compliant security solutions.

In this role you will own access controls, lead SoD reviews, and guide development across Workday security, Extend, and integrations, while upholding FERPA, HIPAA, and governance standards in a fast-paced

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or business.
• 5+ years of Higher Education experience with Workday security and Extend.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday modules (Finance, HCM, Adaptive, Student).
• Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, XML, and integration concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain a scalable Workday security framework across integrations and roles.
• Lead security audits, SoD guidance, and access reviews.
• Oversee development lifecycle of Workday Extend apps and AI-driven configs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT to translate business needs into secure Workday solutions.
• Develop a roadmap for security and IT configurations aligned with releases.
