Southland Industries seeks a Senior Business Analyst focused on Workday Reporting to champion design, governance, and continuous improvement of our Workday reporting environment. You will collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver timely, accurate enterprise reporting.

In this role, you will maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, drive reporting standards, and ensure data integrity while translating business questions into actionable analytics for leadership and

Qualifications

• Experience administering Workday reporting in production environments.
• Experience developing Workday Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields.
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting standards.
• Workday Reporting certification or equivalent Workday reporting experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday reporting functionality and governance.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
• Ensure reports meet SLAs and performance targets.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT for reporting needs.
• Lead testing, UAT, and documentation for reporting changes.
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks with stakeholders.
