Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on Workday Reporting to lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of our Workday reporting environment. You will liaise between HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights across the enterprise.

You will partner with business leaders to establish reporting standards, optimize performance, and support executive and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, BA, HR, Finance, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in a Business Analyst/HRIS/Reporting/Systems Analyst role.
• Experience administering and supporting Workday reporting in production.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and reporting standards.
• Workday Reporting certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and translating requirements into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday reporting functionality and manage reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
• Ensure reports run accurately, within SLAs, and with consistent quality.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Lead report lifecycle activities including creation, modification, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT to support diverse reporting needs.
• Establish governance standards, data definitions, KPIs, and security for reporting.
