Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the Workday HCM implementation and ongoing optimization. You will partner with HR and IT to drive system enhancements, manage configurations, and support post-go-live stabilization.

Strong Workday Core HCM expertise and leadership in HR technology are essential. You will administer Workday, manage user access, data integrity, and security, and provide end-user training to promote efficient usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, HR, or Technology.
• 5–7 years managing enterprise HR technology platforms; Workday HCM required.
• 2–3 years senior Workday administration, configuration, integrations and reporting, with strong Workday Core HCM knowledge.
• Experience supporting a Workday HCM Phase 1 implementation including data conversion and test management.

Responsibilities

• Partner internally to support the successful implementation, launch, and post-go-live stabilization of Workday Core HCM and other modules.
• Serve as an HR technology subject matter expert identifying system and process improvement opportunities and delivering tech-focused solutions.
• Administer and support Workday, including user access, uploads, audits, troubleshooting, and system documentation.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM to align with evolving business needs, including workflows, forms, fields, rules, and security.
• Provide training and guidance to HR systems users to promote effective, efficient, and consistent usage.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations, as well as best practices for data management and governance.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend HR technology enhancements, features, and emerging trends to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT partners to manage system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, testing, and related documentation.
• Partner with IT to manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure Southland maximizes the value of its HR technology investments.
