MSD is seeking a Senior Specialist to configure and support Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions within a complex, matrixed environment. You will configure Workday modules, manage vendors like Phenom People and Ajinga, and assess business requests to improve HRIS processes.

You will collaborate with HR Technology Process leads, COEs, and Operations Teams while driving quality through UAT and end-to-end testing, ensuring data privacy and project delivery in a global setting.

Competenze

• 4+ years in HRIS/IT/HR Operations or 6+ years with a HS diploma
• Hands-on experience in Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and/or Talent Management
• Translating business requirements into technical system functionality
• 2+ years leading or executing technology UAT and end-to-end testing
• Understanding of data privacy principles and practices
• Experience leading projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication to stakeholders and ability to present solutions
• Analytical skills for solving complex HRIS problems
• Experience in HRIS process improvements
