Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a skilled HRIS/Workday Recruiting professional to design, configure, and optimize Workday Recruiting and related technologies. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions, automate processes, and ensure data integrity across workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HRIS or enterprise HR technology experience, OR a Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant HRIS experience, OR 8+ years of equivalent experience
• Hands-on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting for end-to-end processes
• Experience supporting recruiting technologies integrated with Workday, including data flows and troubleshooting with tech teams
• Experience optimizing recruiting processes and translating requirements into scalable tech
• Familiarity with Workday reporting, business objects, dashboards, and security for metrics and data quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; may mentor others
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and detail-oriented work
• Strong project management, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and change management skills
• Preferred: Experience with HiredScore, Paradox; Workday Pro accreditation in Recruiting or related certification

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, administers, and optimizes Workday Recruiting functionality across the end-to-end lifecycle
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations
• Configures business processes, security, notifications, and templates in Workday Recruiting
• Evaluates Workday releases and recommends enhancements to improve Talent Acquisition
• Troubleshoots system issues and analyzes root cause to identify sustainable solutions
• Supports implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies like HiredScore and Paradox
• Monitors data flows between Workday and recruiting platforms and ensures data quality
• Builds and maintains Workday recruiting reports and dashboards
• Communicates with stakeholders and leads recruiting technology initiatives
• Develops system documentation, standards, and training materials
• Ensures recruiting solutions integrate with broader HR processes and systems
