Job summary

Avalara, Inc. is seeking a senior technical leader to design, configure, and optimize Workday Recruiting and integrations with Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore. You will drive end-to-end solution design, partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and vendors to deliver recruiter- and candidate-centric capabilities.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled recruiting improvements, scalable configurations, and alignment with business strategy, supporting a fast-paced tax technology environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in HRIS or Talent Acquisition technology.
• Experience designing end-to-end recruiting process.
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Recruiting solution design across sourcing, candidate management, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding handoff.
• Architect and optimize integrations with Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT and vendors.
