Job summary

Workday Talent Hub seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday integrations with external benefits providers. You will bridge business stakeholders, Workday teams, integration developers, and provider teams, tracing issues across data, configuration, and processing boundaries to drive resolution.

The role requires hands-on investigation across system boundaries and collaboration with multiple teams to validate findings and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP integrations.
• Ability to trace issues across multiple systems and determine root causes.
• Strong communication to explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on in investigating issues across system boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and the data exchanged between systems.
• Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Review outputs, logs, and provider responses to identify issue origin.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to validate findings and implement corrective actions.
• Document root-cause analyses and resolutions for both technical and business audiences.
• Develop end-to-end data flow diagrams for Workday integrations.
