Job summary

GlobalPoint is seeking a QA/Test Lead to design and execute comprehensive testing for Workday implementations in Irving, TX. You will validate HCM, Payroll, Security, and Integrations, and create automated scripts using Tosca or Worksoft.

Responsibilities include data validation, defect tracking, and coordinating SIT/UAT with business users. You will ensure compliance and generate quality dashboards and metrics to support release readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing test strategies for large ERP deployments.
• Familiarity with Workday testing domains: HCM, Payroll, Security, Integrations.
• Proficiency creating automated tests with Tosca or Worksoft.
• Ability to prepare testing metrics and dashboards.
• Experience coordinating SIT/UAT with business users.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for Workday implementations.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Validate Workday HCM, Payroll, Security, Benefits, and Integrations.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca, Worksoft, or similar tools.
• Perform test data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Track, manage, and report defects through closure.
• Collaborate with business users during SIT and UAT cycles.
• Validate Workday releases and production fixes.
• Ensure test coverage for compliance, security, and business processes.
• Prepare testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
