Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Workday capabilities.
• Own and prioritize the Workday backlog including epics and user stories.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Translate processes and compliance needs into product requirements and tests.
• Lead testing, governance, and release plans for Workday components.
• Drive continuous improvement from adoption metrics and incident trends.
