Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ seeks a Senior Product Owner - Workday to define and execute strategy, backlog, and delivery for Workday capabilities across HR, Finance, Payroll and IT.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions while balancing compliance and business value. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in Product Owner, Business Systems, Business Analyst, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• 3-5 years supporting Agile software development.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Preferred: hands-on Workday HCM and Workday ERP capabilities.
• Experience with Workday releases, regression testing, UAT, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap for Workday capabilities.
• Own and prioritize Workday backlog including epics, features, user stories, and defects.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business processes and compliance into product requirements and test scenarios.
• Lead design, configuration, governance of Workday processes, security, reports, integrations.
• Manage Agile delivery ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with teams to remove obstacles and communicate progress.
• Lead testing activities including functional and end-to-end testing.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing support trends and release opportunities.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and long-term operational supportability.
