SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Workday to define strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery outcomes across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and more.

You will balance compliance, user adoption, and business value while partnering with multiple teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and measurable impact. This role reports to a hybrid Somerset, NJ location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years in Product Owner, Business Systems, or Enterprise Application delivery.
• 3–5 years supporting Agile software development or delivery methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Hands-on Workday HCM/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap for Workday capabilities.
• Own and prioritize the Workday backlog, including epics, features, user stories, and defects.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, IT, Security, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business processes and compliance requirements into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Lead design, configuration, governance of Workday processes, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Manage Agile delivery with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
