Job summary

SHI International Corporation in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Product Owner for B2B & EDI Integrations to define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, working with business stakeholders, trading partners, and engineering to deliver scalable integration solutions that enhance partner experiences and drive growth.

The role requires strong backlog management, Agile delivery, and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical features.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, EDI Analyst, or in a related role.
Experience supporting enterprise integration, supply chain, procurement, order management, or customer-facing business processes.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2B integration and EDI platform capabilities.
Partner with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and engineering teams to prioritize integration initiatives that improve customer and partner experiences.
Translate business processes and partner requirements into prioritized product features, enhancements, and technical solutions.
Define, monitor, and track KPIs related to transaction success rates, onboarding velocity, platform stability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, support, and engineering teams to improve platform scalability, observability, reliability, and overall maturity.
Communicate roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and business value delivery to leadership and key stakeholders.
