Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Workday Application Developer to design, configure, and extend the Workday platform across HR, finance, and IT stakeholders. This role emphasizes reliable reporting, calculated fields, and secure human capital and financial data models.

You will collaborate with product, design, and operations teams, review designs, mentor junior engineers, and deliver clean, production-ready Workday solutions in a fully remote U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to code reviews and design reviews; mentor junior engineers.
