Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise landscape. This remote US role emphasizes hands-on delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and PECI.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations connecting Workday with payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, finance, and analytics systems.
• Develop XSLT transformations within Workday Studio integrations, with templating and reusable libraries.
• Implement integrations using Workday REST and SOAP web services where appropriate.
• Design error handling, retry, and notification strategies for reliable operations.
• Develop and maintain integration system users, security configurations, and tenant setup.
• Build calculated fields, custom reports, and ROAS integrations.
• Implement Workday business processes and condition rules to align routing and approvals.
• Participate in tenant refresh planning and integration regression testing.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and finance stakeholders to translate business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for onboarding and audits.
• Support production incidents and drive durable fixes.
• Participate in Workday release planning and regression testing.
