Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Platform Engineer to work remotely within the United States. You will design and implement Workday configurations, reports, and extensions while partnering with HR, finance, IT, and product teams to deliver value from the Workday platform.

The role requires 6+ years of Workday experience, strong engineering discipline, and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday with technical accuracy and efficiency; design complex reports.
• Develop advanced and composite reports for HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Support integrations and lightweight Workday Extend applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
