Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Application Developer to implement and optimize Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business processes, and Extend app development. You will collaborate with HR, finance, IT, and product teams to translate requirements into clean, scalable Workday solutions in a fully remote US environment.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS or IS, 6+ years of Workday experience, strong report-writing skills, and hands-on experience
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of Workday technical experience including configuration and reporting.
- Proficiency with Workday report writer, calculated fields, and security.
- Experience with business processes and condition rules; strong troubleshooting.
Responsabilidades
- Translate business requirements into maintainable Workday configurations.
- Develop and extend Workday reports and integrations with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
