Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Analyst to support Payroll and Time & Absence within Workday. You will optimize payroll processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the Workday Payroll suite and related modules.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable solutions, manage data migrations, and support mergers and acquisitions while maintaining operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 8 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HRIS modules (Payroll, Absence, HCM).
• Strong experience with Workday Payroll and Time & Absence; hands-on payroll configuration, processing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to align technology solutions with business and compliance requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert for Payroll processes and systems; document workflows and advise.
• Translate payroll business needs into scalable IT solutions.
• Lead payroll system integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions with minimal disruption.
