The Senior Workday Analyst at University of Pennsylvania will serve as a senior functional expert for configuring, supporting, and improving Workday Payroll and act as a backup for Time configuration. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Finance and IT to drive system enhancements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading payroll-related configurations, testing, audits, and developing reporting and analytics to support operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in payroll/Workday.
• Hands-on Workday payroll and at least one other module.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities for cross-functional work.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Provide backup for Workday Time Tracking configuration.
• Collaborate with Payroll HR Benefits Finance and IT to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Analyze requirements and translate into system configurations and reports.
• Develop payroll reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operations.
