Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 years minimum experience in payroll management and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Manage payroll operations ensuring compliance with Federal, state and local labor, laws and tax regulations.
• Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends and payroll regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
