Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking Student Consultants to provide Workday Post Production support across the Workday Student module(s).

You will work with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and deliver solutions that meet client needs, ensuring high satisfaction and adherence to best practices. Responsibilities include sessions with clients, testing configurations, knowledge transfer, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations or AMS services.
• Experience configuring Workday Student modules and developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure timeliness and quality with little supervision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Student module(s).
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist clients in testing Workday configuration and provide knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, and configuration.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Meet performance indicators and deliverables across multiple clients.
