You will design, configure, test, and optimize payroll solutions, partner with executives, mentor consultants, and help expand our AMS practice with high-impact projects and multi-country rollouts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Workday Payroll implementations or AMS engagements as a lead consultant or architect.
• Deep US payroll mastery including tax rules, retro logic, earnings/deductions, FLSA calculation rules, and EIB data conversions.
• Global payroll experience with Workday Payroll SKUs for Canada, UK, France, Ireland, or Australia.
• Breadth across Workday HCM, Security, Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Data Analysis touchpoints.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, audits, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, high-impact Workday Payroll initiatives—from post-production optimizations and multi-country rollouts to complex enhancements with autonomy.
• Architect end-to-end payroll solutions: design, configure, test, and troubleshoot complex setups.
• Optimize touchpoints between Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Finance for system harmony.
• Partner with executives to translate objectives into scalable Workday architecture and advise clients on best practices.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the knowledge base to continuously improve delivery of Workday services.
