Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Interface Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise landscape. Focus is on hands‑on delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs with emphasis on reliability, security, and data quality.

The ideal candidate has shipped Workday integrations in production, understands the tenant model and security framework, and writes maintainable Studio integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Deliver hands-on integration work using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Ensure reliability, security, and data quality of integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold coding and design standards.
