Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise landscape. You will deliver hands-on integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs with emphasis on reliability, security, and data quality.

The ideal candidate ships production Workday integrations, understands the tenant model and security framework, and writes maintainable Studio workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and Studio orchestrations.
• Experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design; strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
