Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Middleware Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise applications.
• Deliver hands-on integration using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
• Ensure reliability, security, and data quality of integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code/design reviews.
