Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Integration Senior Principal Consultant to partner with business and technical teams across CVS and AMS programs. You will design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations and lead workshop sessions with clients.

Expect to guide requirements, map interfaces, and review architectures while managing multiple engagements in a fast-evolving environment. Remote work options are available within the US.

Qualifications

• Must have active Workday Integration Certification.
• Experience with WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP); Financials certification preferred.
• Proficiency in web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML).
• 7+ years of Workday implementation project experience.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills to manage customer expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across a dynamic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and drive requirements sign-off.
• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and process designs following Cognizant Workday Practice (CWP) Methodology.
• Facilitate design workshops with clients for CVS and Implementations projects.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations to meet business requirements.
• Educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalations.
• Review solution architectures to ensure integration processes meet client requirements.
