Job summary

Collaborative Solutions, LLC is seeking a Workday Integrations Principal Consultant – Global AMS to lead integration efforts and mentor a team of consultants. The ideal candidate offers expert knowledge in Workday Integrations and will drive service improvements while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.

The position is full-time with a salary range of USD $106,171 to $159,257 annually, depending on qualifications. Benefits include medical insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Applications portfolio.
• At least 5 years in client-facing managed services roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations.
• Expert level understanding of Workday Integrations.
• Workday certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration workstream for assigned accounts as an onshore lead.
• Execute AMS methodologies and activities in Workday AMS engagements.
• Collaborate with the offshore team on daily activities.
• Drive trend analysis and service improvements.
• Execute day-to-day activities of Workday Integration projects.
