Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Developer in Philadelphia, onsite, to lead Workday Integrations, Payroll interfaces, and reporting initiatives. You will design, develop, test, and maintain complex integrations and related technologies within Workday.

The role requires 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, REST and SOAP APIs, and expertise in XML/XSLT transformations and Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience with Workday Integrations.
Hands-on design, development, testing, and maintenance of Workday integrations.
Experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, and Cloud Connect.
Proficiency in XML/XSLT transformations (XSLT 2.0/3.0).
Experience building Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Knowledge of Workday documents, OT2, and related interfaces.

Responsibilities

Integration development: Build and maintain complex Workday integrations and interfaces.
Payroll integration: Support Workday Payroll integrations using PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Cloud Connect.
API & Web Services: Develop using REST, SOAP, and Workday Web Services.
Reporting & Analytics: Create advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Testing & Support: Troubleshoot, test, debug, and resolve integration issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance, HR, payroll, and legal to translate requirements.
Documentation: Maintain technical docs and delivery collateral.
