Job summary

Pacer Group in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Architect with 15+ years of experience to own and oversee the hire-to-retire lifecycle within Workday and to lead cross-functional Workday product launches.

The role emphasizes integration development using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, with XSLT transformations to format data for external systems. This onsite position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience implementing or managing Workday solutions.
6+ years configuring Workday HCM and integrating with multiple applications end to end.
2+ years supporting other Workday products (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning).
Deep HR domain expertise and ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Able to thrive in a complex & technically ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Ownership of the hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday from hiring to retirement.
Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive Workday product launches.
Elevate the employee experience and optimize Workday interactions.
Represent the Workday platform across HR applications.
Partner with business leaders and People Engineering teams to align on objectives and programs.
Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday functionality.
