Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Developer in Philadelphia, onsite, to lead Workday Integrations, Payroll interfaces, and reporting initiatives. You will design, develop, test, and maintain complex integrations and related technologies within Workday.

The role requires 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, REST and SOAP APIs, and expertise in XML/XSLT transformations and Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience with Workday Integrations.
• Hands-on design, development, testing, and maintenance of Workday integrations.
• Experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, and Cloud Connect.
• Proficiency in XML/XSLT transformations (XSLT 2.0/3.0).
• Experience building Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Knowledge of Workday documents, OT2, and related interfaces.

We are seeking a Senior Workday Developer with strong expertise in Workday Integrations and Payroll. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands‑on experience designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Workday integrations and related technologies.

• Participate in knowledge‑sharing and knowledge‑capture sessions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and delivery collateral.
