Chicago Mercantile Exchange is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end Workday integrations, reporting, and business processes across Workday HCM and Financials. The role partners with HR Technology, Finance IS, and Workday IT to guide integration architecture and streamline processes.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of technical and functional development experience in Workday HCM and Financials.
Hands‑on proficiency in Workday integration tools: Workday Studio, EIBs, Connectors, and Document Transformation.
Strong knowledge of Workday security and data privacy, SDLC best practices.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Workday integrations, reporting solutions, and business processes across HCM and Financials.
Collaborate with HR Technology, Finance IS, Workday IT, and CME technology teams to guide integration architecture.
Develop and optimize Workday reports and BI templates, including complex documents and layout reports.
Drive cloud integration efforts with Google Cloud Platform services (GKE, Cloud Storage, BigQuery) and improve platform reliability.
Mentor junior developers and establish reusable integration templates and governance.
