Job summary

CME Group in Chicago is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Workday integrations, reporting solutions, and business processes across HCM and Financials.

You will partner with HR Technology, Finance IS, and Workday IT to guide integration architecture, ensure security, and apply SDLC best practices while driving platform enhancements. Hybrid role with 2 days on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday HCM/Financials development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Connectors, and Web Services.
• Experience integrating Workday with cloud platforms and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, SDLC governance, and security practices.
• Implement and optimize XSLT data mappings and payload validation.
• Collaborate with HR Tech, Finance IS, and Workday IT teams.
• Mentor junior developers and promote reusable templates.
