CME Group is seeking a Senior Workday Developer in Chicago for a hybrid role. You will lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Workday integrations across HCM and Financials, partnering with HR Technology, Finance IS, and Workday IT teams.

You will implement secure, scalable integrations, optimize reports, and drive SDLC best practices. The role includes mentoring junior developers and delivering cloud-enabled solutions with Google Cloud Platform, including GKE and BigQuery.

Formación

• 5+ years of Workday HCM/Financials development experience.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and connectors.
• Strong XSLT, XML, and web services skills.
• GCP exposure with GKE and BigQuery.
• Security and data privacy in SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration engineering and architecture design.
• Implement Workday web services and APIs.
• Optimize data mappings with XSLT.
• Develop Workday reports and BIRT templates.
• Lead cloud integration with GCP (GKE/BigQuery).
• Support testing and incident resolution.
• Mentor junior developers.
