Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst to lead end-to-end lifecycle of Workday-related integrations in a large enterprise, with a strong focus on secure, scalable solutions. This remote, full-time role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data flows across HR systems and business platforms.

You will architect and implement API-driven integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with Workday SOAP and REST APIs for integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of XML, namespaces, and schema validation in data integration.
• Understanding of authentication, security patterns, and secure API access.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manually construct and troubleshoot API requests and responses, including XML payloads.
• Ensure integrations follow engineering principles: validation, deterministic execution, retries, logging, and auditability.
• Diagnose integration issues by analyzing raw request/response data and Workday configurations.
• Collaborate with teams using Power Automate and other workflow platforms to streamline processes.
• Identify integration needs with business stakeholders and implement best practices for data flow across HR systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
