Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Workday Integration Senior Developer to design, build, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. The role focuses on Workday Studio, EIB, and pre-built connectors to ensure accurate data flow and scalable integration workflows.

The position is hybrid (onsite 1-2 days/week) with offices in Farmers Branch, TX or Scottsdale, AZ. Requires 5+ years in Workday integrations, strong collaboration, and up-to-date Workday skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years' experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 1+ year experience working on Workday Extend and Orchestration.
• 1+ year demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems, leading development and testing.
• Use Workday Studio to develop complex integrations, including REST/SOAP, mappings, and transformations.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for efficient integrations.
• Deploy integration solutions to production with minimal downtime; assist data migrations.
• Maintain documentation and stay updated on Workday releases and best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
