Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Advanced BA skills with integration and conversion experience.
• Ability to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and map data.
• Experience across HR processes and testing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems.
• Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings.
• Oversee the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document business process flows supported by defined business requirements.
• Participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases.
• Serve as a SME for defect validation during testing.
