Job summary

NCR Voyix in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Senior Workday Integration Engineer to lead integrations between Workday, HR systems, and core payroll/GL processes. You will define data mappings, validate requirements, and guide testing and implementation.

You will collaborate with technical and business teams, own the integration lifecycle, and contribute to global deployments. This role demands deep Workday Core HCM expertise and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with payroll and GL integrations.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Advanced BA skills with integration and conversion experience.
• Experience creating process and data flow diagrams.
• Strong interaction with technical, functional, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems.
• Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings.
• Oversee the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document business process flows supported by defined business requirements.
• Participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases.
• Serve as a triage point of contact during testing, SME for defect validation.
