Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with a strong knowledge of payroll integrations and Workday Core HCM. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as IIBA or PMI and experience with payroll systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analyst role.
• 3+ years of experience with payroll and GL integrations.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM integrations.
• Experience in data analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems.
• Document business process flows based on defined requirements.
• Participate in testing phase, documenting test scenarios.
