Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering and maintaining Workday integrations and platform solutions.
• 6+ years with Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio.
• Experience with Workday release management, tenant management, test coordination, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations for HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Manage and support 300+ integrations in a complex enterprise environment while collaborating with product teams and stakeholders.
• Influence integration strategy, guide release readiness activities, and mentor team members.
• Ensure secure, scalable data flows and reliable system integrations across Workday modules.
