Job summary
CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on configuring Workday, maintaining integrations, and supporting ERP applications with strong problem-solving, integrity, and urgency.
You will lead Workday configurations, Develop and support EIB integrations, and work with security and business process policies. Ideal candidates have 4+ years ERP/HRIS experience and a bachelor's degree in IT.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP/HRIS or financial reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday configurations and integrations.
- Develop and support Workday integrations (EIB) for data exchange.
- Define and maintain Workday business processes and security policies.
- Provide technical direction on Workday configuration and new functionality.
- Create and review technical documentation for processes and policies.
- Support ERP projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
