Carta's People Platform team seeks a Workday Integrations Architect to lead end-to-end Workday integration design, configuration, and production support across Studio, Orchestrations, and APIs. Qualifications

• 8 years of Workday experience and 4+ years of hands-on Workday integrations.
• Fluency in Workday data model and modules across Core HCM, Payroll, and more.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL; experience with API authentication and encryption.
• Global multi-region data flows and compliance experience.
• Experience with Workday Extend and familiarity with AI/LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration pipeline from design to production support using Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, and RaaS.
• Ensure data integrity with rigorous mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
• Govern the integration lifecycle including migrations, testing, and feature adoption.
• Act as SME for Workday integrations and advise stakeholders on patterns and best practices.
• Extend Workday capabilities and maintain external connections like Greenhouse and HireVue.
