Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrations, and APIs.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure scalable, secure interfaces and performance.
• Develop and maintain design documents, BRDs, and integration specs.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across project teams.
• Support up to 39+ active enhancements and 6-7 concurrent projects.
