Job summary

Hexaware is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Consultant/Developer to design, develop, test, and support complex Workday integrations. This onsite USA role focuses on Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs to deliver scalable, secure interfaces across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and more.

You will design file-based and API-based architectures, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure compliance with Workday security frameworks while collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs.
• Strong knowledge of designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations.
• Experience with security, authentication methods (OAuth, certificates), and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third‑party applications.
• Analyze integration logs and error reports to resolve issues and prevent recurrences.
• Translate business needs into technical integration solutions and participate in requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
