Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems architecture and software engineering.
• Expert Workday integration design with EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Leadership in enterprise integration strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise Workday integration strategy and governance.
• Architect and oversee complex Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, API links).
• Maintain enterprise architecture diagrams and technical workflows.
• Guide HR system owners, product managers, and executives on scalable solutions.
• Design cloud-native and hybrid integration on AWS/Azure with microservices patterns.
• Enforce architectural governance, security, data privacy, and compliance.
• Lead design reviews and mentor senior engineers in technical excellence.
• Evaluate new technologies, including AI capabilities, for strategic adoption.
