Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise systems architecture and software engineering.
• Hands-on Workday integration expertise across EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio and SOAP/REST.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules, security domains, processes and data models.
• Leadership in defining enterprise integration strategy and governance.
• Experience with middleware like MuleSoft and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• RESTful API design and microservices guidance.
• Executive stakeholder management and architectural governance.
• AI expertise to drive transformation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Steer Workday architecture strategy and enterprise integration for Moody's.
• Architect and oversee complex Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
• Maintain architecture diagrams, specs, and workflows aligned to standards.
• Advise HR system owners, product managers, and leaders on scalable solutions.
• Design cloud-native and hybrid integrations on AWS/Azure with microservices patterns.
• Enforce governance, security, and data privacy across engineering teams.
• Lead design reviews, architecture boards, and performance assessments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities for strategic roadmaps.
