Job summary

Justworks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Workday Integrations, to shape我们的内部系统景观 by partnering with People Systems and Payroll Accounting to support Workday Integrations.

You will administer the People tech stack and maintain a healthy ecosystem while performing data analysis to support governance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to design data management and integration solutions, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Overall 5+ years of IT with at least 3+ years of Workday integration and support experience.
• Must have Workday integration experience specifically with Workday EIB, Studio, BIRT, and other Integration Templates/Connectors.
• Must have experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.).
• Excellent business analytical skills, requirements definition and documentation; test planning; deployment approaches; exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Should have the ability to translate business strategy and vision to a functional Workday solution map leveraging strong business acumen and technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
• HCM, Payroll, or Financials functional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and fix Workday integrations of various types.
• Collaborate with People Systems and Accounting to gather integration requirements.
• Design data management solutions within the People Systems stack.
• Provide governance for data quality and processes across integrations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for the integration stack.
• Manage administration and upgrades of Workday integration technologies.
• Familiar with Workday migration tools such as Object Transporter.
• Perform mass upload using EIB in Workday.
• Develop functional/technical specs and test plans for fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure upgrades do not disrupt business processes and deploy changes following SOX.
